Financial Needs, Priorities, and Deliverables

SCRA Launch award money (up to $200,000) would be utilized to further develop SemiAlloGen technology and products according to the following priorities and deliverables:

1. Complete the ongoing animal studies to obtain additional proof of concept and identify molecular profiles of an effective immune response in animal models
2. Reinforce the Company's IP assets
3. Complete a licensing agreement with the MUSC Foundation for Research Development (FRD)
4. Establish a company website
5. Start the regulatory paperwork associated with human studies
6. Transition from a University-based company to a fully independent one
7. Hire additional personnel

The animal studies are particularly important to demonstrate the breath of applications of SemiAlloGen technology. We project that by fulfilling the Company objectives outlined above we will become extremely competitive at attracting venture capitol to foster the future growth of SemiAlloGen
